Delivery and Returns
If you have a faulty product you can return it by contacting the Customer Help Line on +44(0) 1895 825825 and requesting a Returns authorisation and reference number.
You have a 12 month warranty on the product and a 10-day acceptance/approval period from the day the item(s) are actually dispatched.
Returns must be arranged at your cost to the address below:

Please call our delivery service on +44(0) 1895 825825 to arrange a collection if required. A return cost/quotation will be provided upon request. Alternatively you can use you own courier to return the faulty goods.
A replacement product will be sent to you, only when the fault has been confirmed and agreed with the manufacturer.
Please note – No credits or refunds will be given.
